A new laptop, a freshly wiped machine after a repair, or a computer that's been running slow for so long a clean start makes more sense than continuing to troubleshoot — we handle the OS installation and software setup so it's ready to actually use, not just switched on.

This covers Windows installation and activation, driver setup so hardware (WiFi, graphics, audio, etc.) actually works correctly rather than relying on generic drivers, and installing and configuring the software you actually use day to day — office software, browsers, and anything specific to your work. For a business machine, we can also set up standard configurations across multiple computers so every desk starts from the same baseline.

Where relevant, we'll back up your existing files before doing anything that would wipe the drive, and walk you through what's changed before handing the machine back — so a clean setup doesn't mean losing track of what's different from before.
