Classroom Setup for Online Classes

Running online classes on a phone propped against a water bottle only works for so long — students notice poor audio and shaky framing faster than most teachers expect. We put together classroom setups for individual teachers and coaching centres that fix the two things that matter most: being heard clearly, and being seen clearly.

A typical setup includes a webcam or camera suited to your teaching space, a proper microphone (far more impactful than a camera upgrade for how professional a class sounds), basic lighting so you're not backlit by a window, and a computer with enough power to run your conferencing or recording software smoothly alongside a whiteboard app or presentation. For coaching centres running multiple simultaneous batches, we can set up more than one station and a shared network that won't choke when several classes stream at once.

We test the full setup with you before we leave — camera framing, audio levels, lighting — so the first real class isn't also the first test of the equipment.
