A typical office AMC includes periodic health checks across all covered machines (cleaning, software updates, malware checks), priority response when something does fail rather than queuing behind walk-in customers, and parts pricing agreed as part of the contract so there's no separate negotiation each time. We can size a contract to a handful of machines or a full office, and cover both hardware bought from us and equipment you already own.

Every AMC has its own agreed value and GST rate, set out clearly in the contract and on every invoice raised against it, and we handle renewal reminders and scheduling from our side — an AMC customer doesn't need to track any of it themselves.
